No. This is completley unusual and wrong and he should go to church and pray a LOT about it.
Good, now that THAT crap is out of the way, nobody else needs to say it.
In reality, most males get very aroused by just about any physical contact with the person they are attracted to.
Make out -- French kissing or not -- and he's excited.
Give him a massage -- he's excited.
Tell him you want to learn his hopes and dreams and get him to show his sweet side -- good luck!

What's the worst is hard-core making out or something then stopping abruptly. Then the girl usually says something like "Now let's go out and talk to my mom" or something. Then you have to do that awkward hard-on rotation thing so you aren't waving out front for the world (and her parents) to see.
But I'd take it as a compliment if the dude gets full mast after making out with you.

it depends if kissing their partner arouses them or not (sometimes it takes more - sometimes you dont even have to kiss to get an erection) it really depends on the guy- the girl- the mood- and their feelings.

young dudes do. when your a bit older your learn to control. but sometimes the kissing is so hot in the situation your in, that off course it can turn a guy on
