every morning a man wakes up in his 18 floor apartment, gets dressed, takes the elevator to the first floor, and goes downtown to work.Every evening he gets to the apartment building and goes to the 9 floor in the elevator.He climbs the stairs the rest of the way.Why?

He is exactly 9 ft. 2 in. tall. He can't press the 18 button because the gravitational pull of the 9 button makes him press it instead (only effective on people that size). When he is able to press the 18 button there is a meteor shower because if he pushes it in the 9 will pull the 18 button towards it. That will said the 9 button going down to the center of the earth which will make a volcano and lava will come out. The lava will shoot up and hit a meteor which will come down and hit another meteor which will hit another meteor and so on. Now there is a meteor shower. Sonce the 9 has a strong pull all the meteors will go to where the nine is and since the guy is standin right next to that he will get hit and the meteor will push him down by the nine. Since that is the center of the earth and he just made a hole to it he burns up with 9 and lava comes out of the hole and everybody burns up and the lava dries so there is another layer above the crust on the Earth that all of our ashes are underneath.

Is he too short to reach the buttons? In the morning, he can reach the lowest button 1st floor. In the evening, he can reach the 9th floor button. If anyone else gets in, he asks that person to push his floor button.

hes a miget. i dont know how to spell it, but miget as in a really short person. he cant reach the 18 button. the only button he can reach is the 9 button. my teacher told me this joke when i was in like 6th grade.

He is really really short. What I don't understand is that why should he go to the first floor in the morning because he is short enough to reach the ground floor button.
And the person above me please improve your own spellings before telling some one else to do so. You have spelled "SPELL" as SPEEL. hahaha
