Me? Well had pocket Ks. Flop was K-10-9. A 9 on the turn and another 9 on the river. Lost to quad 9s. *sigh* The sad thing was that the idiot called my all in after the flop with a A-9 off.

The one that sticks in my mind is during a World Series Of Poker Circuit Event in Atlantic City.

I had gone on tilt a little bit because I had had trips cracked about five times. Each time I bet enough to make a call stupid and each time someone had caught a miracle card on the river to make a straight or flush. They did not have the correct odds to call me, but still did and got lucky. This had eroded my stack and made me annoyed.

So I moved all in with A6 of clubs because there was a good sized pot and lots of weakness in the players that acted before me. There was only one player who was yet to act and he woke up with pocket aces.

He called instantly and excitedly and I knew I was about 11% to win at that point.

The flop brought a six and the river gave me another to give me trips and knock him out of the tournament. I thought that was pretty harsh, and I am sure he has told the story a few times about the idiot that moved in with A6s and cracked his aces.

I was playing poker at the Grand Casino in Biloxi, MS a few years ago and I had Pocket 8's and the flop was 8 7 6. It was NL holdem and this idiot was at the table trying to buy all the pots. So he bet 24.00 and I pushed all in with about 150.00. He called with a J 10 Offsuit. The turn comes with a 2. The river comes with nothing else but a 9. He hit his straight draw on the river. The river always drowns me.

Bad beats in Poker only or any gambling?

Well, my worst beat was in football two seasons ago....

Bengals were covering by 1 pt with 1 min to play and all they had to do was run out the clock.... but that idiot Carson Palmer throws an INT to his college roommate and Troy runs over 10 tackle attempts and scores a TD. Lost $1000. Worst loss of my sports betting career.

Queens full of tens on the flop, beat by a streight flush on the river. Something like yourself, the bozo called my all in, a pretty sizible chunk, on the turn with four hearts and no other outs.

bad beat stories are depressing ,here is a SUCK OUT story,i was on tilt from just having my pocket queens cracked and im on the button, get delt K-6 off,its 1 bet to call so being on tilt i raise,of course its capped when it gets back to me and now that button don't look so hot-so being a talker and a VERY live player i call out, ACE! ACE! ACE!damn if it didn't come ace,ace,ace-lol so THEY CHECK TO ME,so just to see where i am i make the $4 small bet and like 6 people JUST CALL! i have no idea where they are or i am, other than WAY BEHIND. the turn comes my dream card (some of you are thinking THE KING right ,nope) THE LAST ACE IN THE WORLD falls and now these guys go crazy betting, one kid even asked "what's going to happen now" i told him to call all bets and leave his money in front of him because it was "obviously" going to be a split pot-lol fast forward to show down-I had the ONLY KING!!! 3 people had pocket pairs and one gave the excuse the pot was too big to get out!
