I wanted to find out what is the name of the city in Thailand that covers this address - KR Mansion, Tumbol Bangnon Ampur Muang Ranong? Please help.

Ranong is one of 76 provinces in Thailand and it is in the south.
Ampur Muang means this address is within the city limit in town of Ranong.
Tumbol Bangnon is a village name.
Wat Bangnon or Bangnon Temple has a reclining Buddha at the hilltop.

I was in this city for a month last year..
The Ranong province is located in Southern Thailand. You can find the address within the vicinity of Ampur Muang Ranong (means the main or central city of the Ranong province). Ampur Muang Ranong is reachable within 5 hours of drive from Phuket.
The Ranong province is known to have the fewest concentration of citizens and the most rainfall in the whole of Thailand. The city has a lot of piers and most of the activities are very much based with the sea (eg: fishery, boating, etc). There are many surrounding islands in this region in the Andaman Sea too (eg: Ko Chang, Ko Payam, etc). In Ampur Muang, you will find a lot of Thai and Burmese people living there. A lot of Burmese people live in Ranong because of its location which is very near the Thai-Myanmar border.
If you are visiting the Ranong city, don't miss out on visiting the hot springs there (the city is famous of it), the waterfalls and a tour to the nearby islands.
This province was also affected by the tsunami waves in December 2004.

Ranong province is northernmost along the Andaman Sea - so, south of Bangkok by several hours drive and head for the west coast or Andaman side.. It appears that the address is in Ranong City.. good luck
