I have long hair and my fiancé keeps saying that she like’s it, but she never tells me why except that I always get this dirty, sheepish grin. I’m not asking for premarital advice or in depth information into the ways of a woman’s heart anything, but I don’t know what to think about her expression or what she finds to be so interesting. I’m part Native American and it's customary that many of the men in the tribe wear their hair long. My fiancé is from Australia and knows nothing about Indians or their culture except that they like to have ‘long hair’, I guess.

becuase long hair is a fantasy of ultimate sexy.
It's one of the sexiest things on a man. You kno the ultimate fantasy, tall dark, long hair.
Look at expamples... women LOVE johnny depp
women love orlando bloom
let's go old school... women loved fabio
long hair is just exotic and sexy...

Yeah long hair can be very sexy depending on the guy and grooming...its not expected, so it seems like a rebellious move in the subconscious. And everyone knows how girls feel about bad boys. Not saying you're bad or anything.

Long hair requires maintenance! A well-groomed head of long hair tells a lot about its owner. It shows that the man is meticulous and patient (one has to be to grow and care for long hair without ripping it out at the roots).
Just enjoy the attention, say "thank you" when compliments come and know that women are more attracted to what your hair says about you rather than what you say about yourself.

Long hair on a man is the sexiest thing IMO.
My pa is native american too and I've only ever known him with long hair. Growing up with that and having my ma continue to say that is sexy has rubbed off on me.
I'm now dating a (full) native american with long beautiful raven hair.
I love running my fingers through it and his hair is silky and makes me jealous actually!

I love guys with long hair, but I believe that some guys look good with it and some don't. It's like with women. Some women look good with long hair and some look better with short hair. I think she just thinks that you look better with longer hair than you would with short hair.
