It means standing in front of a blank canvas and wondering if anyone even looks at these things anymore - if it will sell, or if you'll find a better gallery to represent you - or if it will end up in the garbage because its too big to store.....it can also mean not being able to pay your rent on time, or moving out of your home country so you can afford to even do this activity... it also means a euphoric feeling that is addictive and drives people to the brink of insanity. Painting isn't for sissies.

Painting was made in olden days to draw exactly the same thing which appears to us. As there were no cameras to click the picture. Later on they added some colors to it. Some drew characters and some the beauty of nature. Painting depicts the state of mind of the artist.
