well im 16 and i've know this guy for all my life but i've never really gotten to know him until last year. he knew that i liked him at one point but now thinks that i dont. i know for sure that i really like him. how can i tell if he likes me with out ruining the friendship? i've asked this b4 but i need more of your thoughts. thanx for helping.

If you are close to him, then it will be easy to talk to him. You need to one night, talk to him and tell him how you feel. If he doesn't feel the same way but really cares about the friendship then it won't be ruined. However, there is that small chance that he will reveal his feelings for you. He could have been holding them back before because he himself was unsure of his feelings. Really, the best thing is communication. And hey, if the friendship is ruined, then he wasn't really a true friend to begin with. good luck.

Tell him you like him. Be the more confident one. If afterwards his response is different then your feelings, your friendship shouldn't be awkward. If he's a true friend, he'll understand and get over it, and you probably will too.

The best way to find out if he likes you is to just come out and express how you feel. And ask him his feelings towards you..There's a chance he may so no,but a chance he may say yes. So you just have to get out of your shell and take a chance.

Life's too short to play cat and mouse games (in regards to making him think you like him and then don't). Let him know that you like him and see how he feels. If he doesn't like you, then you can focus your time on someone who does like you.
