She asked me if I wanted a raincheck. I had things come up last minute but couldn't really tell her because she was so gung ho about meeting me. But she's ALWAYS working. She was free one night this whole week and didn't want to meet me on 4th of July.

It depends. Sometimes things come up and plans have to be changed. Try again and be clear, without being insulting. Ask her for a time which is good for her. If she doesn't have one, you should set a specific time and place to meet her. If she continues to ditch your plans or claim miscommunication, move on to someone who IS worth your time.

hmmmm... if this is your first time meeting her... lets not assume anything... whatever it is can be true... so i think.. when she said that she's open for a raincheck.. maybe you should give her another chance, and just see what's going on...
