If you don't want to and you think its Eww why think about it enough to even ask the question. Its Taboo-incest and its also against the law. Anything is possible/ people say you can jump off a bridge would you think or wonder about doing it.

Yes it's possible, but it's not right. It's incest and morally and ethically wrong, not to mention just flat out nasty. Professional counseling and some time in prison would be what is merited for that kind of behavior.

It's possible but no one should do such a thing. Since brothers and sisters share their DNA from the same parents mixing of sibling DNA is bad. If a child is produced it can lead to retardation, immune problems, genetic errors, and worse. Please don't. Remember there is a huge world out there full of people who are worthy and from them you should pick who you want to share your private moments with.

If only he/she is the last person on earth and Humanity is at the edge of extiction by all means yes. But to resolve this issue the answer is "No" Apparently it is also bad for the Genetic codes.
