Wanting to and actually breaking them up are two totally different things. If its because you care about him, that is respectable. If its out of hate or spite that is just wrong. Either way, he needs to find out on his own. Its probably not the answer you want to hear, but it really isn't your place to get between them.

I think it's normal for you to want your ex and his new girl to break up, but don't try to break them up or you'll never get another chance with him.
