I just got done watching the video and while I don't necessarily agree with a homosexual lifestyle, I also know God gave us all free will. I know that just because I am a woman married to a man that doesn't mean I don't sin. As far as "God hating gays" God hates sin. If that meant God hated the person committing the sin then we would all be in trouble. This video makes me extremely sad. In fact I almost stopped as soon as it started but something just drew me. There is no excuse for hatred and ignorance. And to truly be like Jesus is to truly love everyone no matter the decisions they make for themselves. Our best testimony comes out in the life we lead. Who would want to be like someone who is full of hate? Thank you for showing me this video, I am going to send it to my pastor. Hopefully he will show it to our church and remind them we are supposed to love...

God doesn't hate anyone.

Jesus said to love your neighbor as yourself...and if your enemy strikes your cheek offer him the other one...Jesus did NOT say set him on fire and picket his funeral. Jesus didn't advocate revenge or intimidation.

These people are so angry and need something to focus their anger on. They chose homosexuals. 40 years ago they would probably have been wearing sheets and burning crosses. Those crimes were also perpetrated based on bogus interpretation of the bible. There is no anger in the love of the Divine. Church is supposed to be the place where you learn how to forgive and how to love even those who are least among us--not learn how to make their families cry and punish them for choices you don't agree with.

Lois--Paul was a human, and his "laws" are NOT eternal. You need to figure out why you are so angry, and then let it go. Let the love of the Divine fill you--you will recognize it as a love that encompasses everyone and everything regardless of race, color, creed, gender, or sexual preference. It is unconditional and is that spark that connects each and every one of us. God even loved Hitler. Did God approve of what Hitler did, no. But he loved him just the same, like he loves every human on this planet, gay or straight.

Love is the law. Love under will.

Open your hearts. We are all members of the human race, brothers and sisters on the planet, trying to live well and learn. You will be judged by how you treat others, and that includes those who are gay.

Good Luck & may you connect to the Great Spirit that is within us all.

I have a gay cousin and to see people holding signs telling me that he will get AIDS and go the hell hurts. I honestly don't see how people can be that hateful and cruel and to think that they are the same religion as me. I think gay marriage should be allowed and that gays and lesbians shouldn't be looked upon as second class citizens by people. If these people would read something other than the Bible such as the Declaration of Independence they would see that everyone is supposed to have certain rights and privileges. And people that have that much hate, I just don't see how they have time for anything else in their life other than painting pickets signs. They should try reading more of the New Testament and not just Leviticus and Sodom and Gomorrah.

Quite frankly, I think the "Christians" that put forth this front are doing more harm for God's Kingdom than good. I don't in any way "support" homosexuality, but neither do I shun a person who is gay. God teaches love for all people, no matter their lifestyle, because we're all flawed! Yes, I may HATE the sexual activities and choices of a gay person, but I do not hate that person. Much in the same way, God hates the sin... NOT the sinner!

I really don't understand how people can actually think that God condones gay-bashing and all the other bashing shown in the video. And if they truly think that God hates America, then what the... are they still doing here?!?!? Obviously I am very touched by this, but not just bad treatment of gay & lesbian people, also by ignorant folks who demonstrate at soldiers' funerals, and put t-shirts with hateful phrases on their kids!

I know that I am far from perfect, but I believe God is embarrassed by this kind of behavior, especially because it's done in His name. Just know that it's not with His blessing.

If you read the gospels, you will clearly see with whom Jesus chose to spend His time. One of His very best friends was a low-life tax man! Another was a prostitute. He knew who needed a true friend like Him, and He was willing to "get His hands dirty" just to let them know that He loved them. This is what Christians are supposed to be doing. He told us that it's the sick that need a doctor, not the healthy.

It's disturbing how much resemblance there is between the Pharisees and these supposed Christians. I apologize on behaf of true Christians to all gay & lesbian people who have been insulted by these ignorant ones, and I pray that God gives me the opportunity to show the true love of Christ to them.

Much Love!!

Wow.

I am just so...

There are no words to describe how the first part of that video made me feel. I can't believe...

It's not right.

I'm a Christian, and it breaks my heart to hear others who call themselves Christian when they are so full of hate...

The newspaper headline that read "Homosexual dies in Fatal Beating"....when did that man stop being a man, and was known only by his sexual tendencies.

*Warning* This might get graphic

How would you feel if you were killed and your headline read "C***sucker dies in car accident" or P****licker falls off cliff"? How would you feel if your headline read "Heterosexual dies in motorcycle accident"? Aren't we each so much more than our sexual preference? Are we not man or woman first?

The truth about life is that it's not easy. If we all worked together, regardless of age, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, occupation, haircut, phone number, number of pets owned, favourite colour...wouldn't it be easier for all of us? People say that it's hard to love everyone. They have not tried. I think it's a lot harder to spend your time and energy pointing out what's wrong with those around you.

Anyhow, to answer your question, I am Christian, I am straight, and I will pray for the people whose hearts are filled with so much hate. I will also pray for the members of the gay community who have suffered because of Christians. I will pray that they forgive us.

I did'nt bother watching the whole thing, but I get the picture.
It's just a movie with some flashy meaningless words I give it zero stars out of five.

Seriously, people are just too uptight about living in tribes, listening to the tribe and following the tribal leader.

I totally disagree with the way these so called 'Christians' are taking this matter. God DOES NOT hate fags, but he will not condone the gay lifestyle. just like you can love cake but detest rum cake(bleh!). I am a christian and am touched by how they would try to 'beat the gayness out of that man. So disgusting. I don't tolerate homosexuality, but i have about 23 gay friends. BIG DIFFERNCE!!

well buck, I agree absolutely. The Bible say's of chrisitans "you shall know them by their fruit." Those who can call themselves christans and yet act like a pack of wolves cause me to doubt there conversion. Now, I don't condone Homosexuallity, because it is a sexual sin talked about in the BIble as being wrong and detestable to the Lord. yet instead of just trying to focus on the issue of homosexuallity, I like to take people thru the Ten Commandments. when we look at Gods Law we realize all sexual sin is and abomintation, and if we have lied or stolen or used God's name in vain, were equaly condemmned for those sinsdespite our sexual preferences. again, I dont condone Homosexuality, However there is a right and wrong way of approaching this issue. way to go on your video. keep up the good work. heres a great radio station for you to listen to. go to www.wayofthemasterradio.com

A prominent Christian writer named Philip Yancey
wrote about homosexuality in his book, "What's So Amazing about Grace?" He made no attempt to theologically affirm or condemn homosexuality, but he did make one point - Christians are supposed to be "vessels of love and grace" (as the video also points out), and not of judgment and hate.

I think Christians should really try to apply that old saying, "hate the sin but love the sinner" here. When you look at the homosexual population as a whole, it would probably be easy for you to condemn them. But meet one beautiful soul who happens to be gay....can you tell them that God hates them?
