i like this girl but idk if i should say hi to her all the time because then she might think im annoying or something

say hi, but start conversation with her. get to know her... yes it is weird and annoying for someone you dont know to say hi to you all the time so just get to know her and become a friend to her that says hi to her everyday... if nothing romantic comes out of it then at least you have a new friend

Nothing worse than a guy that only talks about himself. If you like her ask her a question, like what she's doing this weekend, whatever. Then act interested in her answer. Hopefully she'll ask you the same, even if you aren't doing anything, say something. Make it up if you have to. Talking with her, is better than just saying HI
