my cat ran away and got pregnant and shes been hangin around outside for the last few days, i think shes pregnant and i need some answers on this stuff....help!!!!

When a cat is in heat she's not ovulating; only when the male enters her will she ovulate, so conception occurs almost immediately.

Pregnancy lasts 65-67 days, and unless you take her to the vet immediately, you won't see a physical change in her for about three weeks. That's when her nipples will swell and become darker pink color. A few weeks after that, you'll be able to feel lumps on either side of her stomach (a cat's uterus is not shaped like ours; it's actually two sections).

She would have had to be in heat first before she got pregnant. Assuming she is pregnant she will have the kittens in just over two months from the time she was bred.
If she managed to avoid pregnancy this time take her to the vet and get her spayed. If she is just pregnant by a few days you can still get her spayed before she has the kittens.

Cats are pregnant for about 2 months and it takes a few minutes to conceive.

Cats are usually pregnet for 9 weeks,ive had many cats and all were pregnant 9 weeks

Gestation is about 90 days.
