Considering that you should be waaaay smarter than to do something idiotic and abusive like that, I suggest you put BOTH seats down. That way you both have to move something when you go. If you did do this, you can get ready for legal action to be taken against you. Malicious Pranks are illegal and you are responsible for any harm you cause. At the least, she should kick you to the curb at high speed. If you get assaulted, don't bother calling the police, you will get a female officer and she will beat you too.

There are plenty of ways. If you actually want a "girlfriend," I recommend being respectful enough to at least leave the toilet seat down.
