Hopefully you have already done something! If not, dump some hydrogen peroxide down his throat and get him to run around and he will then throw up.
I hope he is a big dog and you have already gotten him to throw it up!

Call the vet and check. Some painkillers contain Tylenol, which can be dangerous in high levels.

It won't kill him but he will be sleep for a long time. And when he does wake up he might be a little grumpy.

i would watch him close and i would call the vet and ask your vet about it
