i think he means, to get the bangs/sideburns/back all the same length. i am in the process of doing this, and so far, the only name i've been offered for it is "transexual" but whatever. i'm not sure it has a specific name.
PS i don't think it's a terribly "gay" style. i mean, i am bi, but i've seen straight boys w/ this style too. =)
