nice slipping adam & eve in... they don't, but the Popeye & Olive Oil do... spongebob has lots of holes all over, no belly button... Patrick does though

when an infant is born with their intestines on the outside...the doctors will slowly push them back in through what would have been the belly button..it takes a few days and can be fatal..but the survival rate is high...the result? no belly button.......I married one...looks totally freaky...

do you mean adam and eve, the first people to be created by God? well, idk, but prolly not, considering they would not have had any use for it... as far as the fictional characters go, some do, it just depends on how the artist wants them to be portrayed.
