That word is not at all in the King James Version, But is in it 46 times in the Good News Bible Version. It all depends on the version you use.

I just checked the King James Version, and it is not. However "happy" is in the bible 25 times. Genesis 30:13 the first time.

I did a quickie search at Biblegateway of five different versions. There are several verses in Psalms, and a few elsewhere, that have the word "happiness," but it depends on which translation. It is probably rendered as "joy" or "gladness" in most cases.
