Can you explain what will happen to those who do not keep the Sabbath Day in the Last Days when it will be mandatory to work on Saturday. (NEW WORLD ORDER, ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT, ONE WORLD RELIGION for those who do not know, research those terms, the "Pope" is working on it)

Martain, you are sadly misled, I know we are not justified by keeping the laws, its is of faith. I have scriptures I can tell you about the Laws are not done away with.

I will just say two, and give you a website.
Matthews 5:17-19-be careful that you do not teach any breaking for God's Commandments, Jesus never ever taught that. He came to fulfill not break God's commandments. He said follow in his steps also. His disciples and aposels kept the Sabbath Day, also It is one of the 10 commandments, Which starts out with Exodus 20:8 - Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Remember the Sabbath...Does that say Forget the Sabbath? It is a blessed day, which was changed by the Catholic Church.Isaiah 66:22-23, .. From one New Moon to another and from one Sabbath to another, all mankind will come and bow down before Me," says the Lord." (kingdom prophesy)

"Then the dragon was very angry at the woman, and he went off to make war against all her other children -- those who obey God's commands and who have the message Jesus taught." (Revelation 12:17 NCV)

The woman in Bible prophecy is the pure church. It is obvious that those who are on God's side (those who have kept the faith pure and hold to the pure church of God) keep God's commands. Guess what, the Sabbath is one of God's commands written by God with His own finger on stone twice. If you want to be on God's side, trust in Him and follow His commands. It is not hard to see what churches are pure and what are not. The test that the Bible gives us is to see if they keep the commandments of God and have the message of Jesus.

For those that think work is more important than God's commands, there are two things to consider. First, if one makes that excuse, one is saying that God has no power to provide for us; second, there are laws that prevent people from loosing work because of religious beliefs; it is illegal to fire someone because they wish to keep the Sabbath.

Galatians 3: 23-25 But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

Keeping the Sabbath was and still is a law for the Jews. Today's born again Christian is not under the law.

Colossian 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

As a born again Christian, Jesus is my rest...

Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

I have never heard that it is important to keep the Sabbath in the Last Days, or how it would relate to any prophecy. I do know that it is one of the ten commandments (Honor the Sabbath and keep it Holy...) I think the reason the person may have said this to you is because of that commandment. How it relates to the end times, I have no idea. There will be people who regularly attend church who will be left behind. Should we obey that commandment? Well, of course. However, we aren't going to be judged by our attendance. We are going to be judged by our hearts. Maybe they said that is so you will be prepared...

Titus 2:13,14 Looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ who gave Himself for us, that he might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for himself his own special people, zealous for good works.

To quote Perry Stone, from his book Unlocking the Secrets in the Second Coming Scrolls, page 130...

The possibility that Christ could return at any moment should cause every believer to live a sober and righteous life. The mystery of His return motivates and encourages a believer to completely follow the Lord....
The reality of Christ's sudden return causes a believer to purify himself through repentance and prayer. Plan as though Christ may not return for some time, but live as though He may come tomorrow....
The coming of the Lord should stabilize our relationship with God. Many Christians have an up-and-down seasonal relationship with Christ. They are in church today and out tomorrow. We are told to not forsake the assembling of ourselves together as we see the day of Christ's return approaching (Hebrews 10:25).

I have heard it will be a test of our loyalty to God.

Paul went to see them, and because he was a tentmaker as they were, he stayed and worked with them. Every Sabbath he reasoned in the synagogue, trying to persuade Jews and Greeks .

As his custom was, Paul went into the synagogue, and on three Sabbath days he reasoned with them from the Scriptures, explaining and proving that the Christ had to suffer and rise from the dead. "This Jesus I am proclaiming to you is the Christ, " he said. Some of the Jews were persuaded and joined Paul and Silas, as did a large number of God-fearing Greeks and not a few prominent women.

I work on Sabbath frequently because I choose to do so. God is not a slave driver. I set my own limits and God gives me the freedom to follow the Lord as my compass at my own speed.

like I just told someone else, I work in a grocery store, so I have to work every weekend already. should I choose between that and my paycheck? in this instance, I'm using common sense and saying I think God will understand.

Apparently you have been misled by some false teaching. The Sabbath was pointing ahead to Jesus. We are no longer called to follow the Sabbath law.

Colossians 2:4 And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words. 5 For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ. 6 As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: 7 Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving. 8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: 11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ: 12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead. 13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; 14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; 15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. 16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: 17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

Hebrews 4:1 Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it. 2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it. 3 For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.

Those who DO attempt to be justified by laws like the keeping of the Sabbath days will be found to be clothed with the filthy rags of their own self righteousness at Christ's coming.

That doesn't mean that you can't choose to honor the Lord by celebrating the Sabbath. It just means that you had better get your mind set to coming before the judgment of God clothed in nothing but the blood of Jesus may his name be praised forever, amen!

Romans 14:4 Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand. 5 One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind. 6 He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks.
