hmmm---before shelling out some hard earned money for that crap i'd try eating less and exercising.
think about it. if someone REALLY found a pill that would get rid of belly fat--don't you think one of the BIG drug companies would have latched onto it in a pair of seconds? this would be bigger (no pun intended) than VIAGRA ever was!
seriously---i'd try the eating less and exercise first.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHLsk
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

I tried the relacore - it didn't do anything. If you read the labels, it says that it also is a mood booster. Assuming that women who are depressed have fat on their bellies. That's funny, because I was otherwise a very happy person.
I lost a lot pounds last year on the South Beach Diet. The first two weeks were hard, but really - not that hard. Then it gradually lets you back into the carbs, the right way. What's great about the South Beach diet, it helps get rid of belly fat first. And it's true! I tried other diets, even joined Curves, gained weight on them all.
I also bought a dog. Walked her 1-2 times a day, depending on the weather. Usually a 30-40 minute walk each. Light walking was a great stress reliever, and very easy exercise.

Yes, it works! It reduces cortisol, a stress hormone that is responsible for mid-section (belly) fat. You will feel less stressed and you'll lose the fat around your mid-section.
Make sure you get the full strength, 90-count, 3 a day formula, NOT the 110-count, less potent formula sold at Wal-Mart. The 110-count, you have to take 6 a day! It's less effective and a shorter supply. Use the 90-count.

Exercise or no exercise you won't be able to lose the weight if you don't cut your food intake but we all know that's pretty hard, right? A good appetite suppressant can help you out big time but it has to be natural or you can get into serious heath problems.
I lost 38 lbs in 2 months by using garcinia cambogia extract (FDA approved 100% natural). In my first month 26 and then 12 the second month. I was an emotional eater and these supplements changed my life. They act like an appetite suppressant so I didn't feel like eating anymore. Not hungry anymore -> Lower calories -> Lose weight, simple as that. I did no exercises just 20 minutes walks 5 days a week.
It's been 4 months since I lost the weight and I did not gain any pounds back, actually I lost another 5 lbs (I stop taking them after I lost the weight). If you want to take a look here is a website where you can find discounts: http://www.garciniacambogiapromo.com I got them 30% off from here. Hope this helps!
