kay so hypothetically speaking you see a nice guy when you're out somewhere and you look at each other and it's something you want to go after, how do you do it and don't be all annoying with lines and stuff, that's lame and annoying.

Just go up to them grab there shirt and plant a kiss, And say your know my bf or gf, so where are we going for our first date. It would throw him off and he would pick the place and from then on he would ask you for thing to do. Since the ice is broken. It isn't annoying or sound false with line and to the point. And you broke the ice for them to talk to you. and it isn't lame or annoying it is breath taking and everyone wins.

go say hi and that you just want to know him more cos he seems nice! don't let the opportunity slip cos you have no idea what could grow out of the meeting. Get his name, maybe number, or suggest to meet someplace fun. Don't be shy, guys probably don't mind the girl making the move first sometimes, it should show that you are different from the other "hard to get/distant/spoiled" girls. If you like him, tell him, and if he's not cool with it...his loss.

Smile at him and make sure he knows you're interested and that you know that he's interested. Me--because I've grown up in the city around confident, outgoing men who will tell you what they want even if you don't want to know---I tend to let them take it from there, but make it easier by maintaining eye contact with them and maybe moving a little closer, if possible. But sometimes, if he's giving all the signals that he's interested, I will actually just introduce myself and my friend, depending on how outgoing I'm feeling...or maybe how many drinks I've had.

I personally would walk up to him and say hello ask how he's doing and ask him his name etc. If he is interseted he will reply without hesitation. If he is not readily available to talk he may just be shy or no tinterested in you at all. You will be able to tell or not. Most woman can. Good Luck and I wish you the best. Me, I would walk up to him and just start a conversation.
'hey how's it goin?' As easy as that. If he just says hi and turns around, he isn't worth going after. If he says hi and asks how I am doing, well there is a start of a great conversation.

Id say go up and say "HI" "My name is (fill in the blank here)..." and if hes interested he will start up a conversation with you... or tell him your name and ask him his it doesnt take much if a guy is interested...
