No, I couldnt stand to watch everyone I ever loved die, and then do it over again many times. i will take my life and live it the best I can before I take my leave.

I have been given it and I received it...I was immortal but one day my body will take on immortality and I will live forever in heaven with Jesus

The question is too vague. Would I be immune to pain? Would I not grow older? Would I be immune to disease? Would I always remain in the exact same health?
If all of these are true, then many would likely wish for immortality. As for me, I think I'll pass. Imagine how many times you would be heartbroken, lose a loved one, etc.

no cuz to b immortal goes against all the things Jesus has taught us in a way. u die but u live forever in God...with being immortal u would live forever but never live in eternal happiness with Jesus in heaven. if u were immortal u would probably hav gotten it from the devil. Just like in Tuck Everlasting it would become a living Hell.

IMMORTALITY in the presence of God, IS what one can Hope for by having one's Faith and having the perseverance to sustain it to the very end of one's mortal life here on Earth.
Such an opportunity exists for ALL of mankind to take. Yet many still prefer to resist it...

You have been given that opportunity by Jesus' sacrifice. Follow Jesus and live in heaven for eternity. Follow Satan and live in hell for eternity. You soul is immortal in one place or the other. There is no in between.

We already are immortal. A whole bunch of folks need to realize our subconscious is eternal and that they will have the memories of how they treated others for that long of time.

I kinda am already immortal. When I die my physical body will rot away here on earth, but my spiritual body, my soul, will be in Heaven where everything will be perfect.
