The budget was settled, but I think they have some paperwork to finish. I heard various things on TV: 24-36 hours, probably not until at least 5PM on Friday. I would guess you'd be ok if you got there for dinner Friday and then went gambling. I suspect they'd do everything possible to get reopened by Friday night, since the weekends are the busiest and most profitable for them. Good luck.
