Sounds like you have an idea and want to see if it will fly. If the questions on this site are any indication, I believe you would have better success with a site that translates the past generations' language into something today's teenagers can understand. Most of the questions I answer here read like this: "I have heard this saying (quote, quote). What does it mean?"

TRANSLATION:
Hey! You! Would that even be possible if our slang keeps changing? You know what I mean? But to be honest though, keep reading on: You should just say you aren't for it because you have trouble interpreting such lingo. That way people who use such lingo can understand and show respect for you because of the genoration gap & cultural gap between you and them. Just state the problem you have to them honestly and sincerly & tell them you can't comprehend the way they choose to communicate information to you. That way you are representing and standing up for yourself self, friend. Truthfully, what you say should be what you mean and it should come from your heart, since you're trying to be a respectable person who gets respect back!
(smile and wink)
Actually it would be hard to create such a thing, since it does change, and the words can have multiple meansing, which can change by wording around them or the tone or context the person chooses to have them interprate it as.
for instance the word "dude" can be used multple ways...

No. I think teenagers are being dumbed-down every day. Rather than catering to their lack of grammar and English, they need to be educated to speak properly.
It hasn't been that long since I was a teenager, and I'm appalled at the lack of intelligence that some show.

In Russian it really is translated as "?????????-??????", it quite is merely Ninja turtles. i wager they determined the completed element sounded too clumsy. besides, it will be "???????????? ???????????? ?????????-??????", which sounds really undesirable, so i am going to make certain why they dropped the "teenage mutant" section.

I know a lot of actors who would welcome such a site for research purposes, as well as authors, playwrights, and historians.
