Here is an easy one, and cheap to make. It is good. You might want to read the instructions first before you start. If all you have is white sugar or dark brown sugar instead of the light brown, that is fine, it won't change it too much. Also you can use whatever size eggs you have on hand, it won't change it much, either.
Cocoa Brownies
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
3 large eggs
1-1/4 cups packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (fake is o.k.)
1 cup walnuts, chopped (if you like them).
You can add a small handful each of mini-marshmallows, chocolate chips (white, milk, dark, toffee, peanut butter, whatever), dried cherries or whatever you like.
1. Preheat the oven to 325 deg. Grease a 9 inch or 8 inch square baking pan.
2. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt together into one bowl.
3. In another bowl, mix the eggs and sugar together. Beat it until it is light in color.
4. Add the vanilla to the eggs and sugar bowl, mix it in.
5. Add the first bowl (flour, cocoa powder, etc) and mix it in, just until it is all mixed through & all wet together.
6. Add in the walnuts/marshmallows/whatever else you wanted to add. Just fold them in gently.
7. Pour it into the greased pan and bake at 325 deg for 20 to 25 minutes.
