It's always easier to ridicule something you're not familiar with.
Read it. Then you can have an educated discussion if there are items you question or don't understand.

Have you ever watched the Discovery or History Channel? There are anthropologists and archaeologists that launch multi-million dollar expeditions based on the history in the bible. Do you honestly believe that scientists would go through so much trouble if they thought it was bull crap?

You know, I was looking and never once did I find that word in the Bible. Maybe I missed it and should read it over once again. Nonetheless, I must be the overachiever and answer this with:

Yes it's a real book, no I haven't read it, yes that word is in there again and again and again.

no specific titles but books that deal with trying to de-bunk the bible, god, religion........ the best work ever written is the bible and hey it is the only book that offers reason for being, reason to life and the way to live. god bless.

Well it definately ain't the Bible as you have already figured out 'cuz the Bible ain't bs. You just don't get it. Just as I don't understand other religions. you have to WANT TO understand them and belive in them. I take it your too imiture to understand much.
