I am very self-conscience around people I do not know. I am getting better and I pray about it and it helps. I do not like crowds and I can panic at the thought, but I am working through it and it gets easier all the time with an occasional set back now and then. I think a lot all the time, but I try to focus that on good thoughts.

The problem with being self conscious , is thinking too much . If self-conscious people were to take the focus off themselves and put it somewhere to do some good, or , just on something else for a moment-the self-consciousness would lighten up .The trick is to not let your thoughts control you . Don't let them take you over .

I'm definitely not self concious around my close family and friends, neither should you, they like you the way you are so don't worry.

I never feel insecure around family because I know that they accept me for me and love me. Sometimes in large groups of people I feel insecure and I feel like they dislike me because I am heavy.

around everyone and i try not to go around anyone if i can avoid them. i wonder what everyone is thinking. wonder about every move i make. wonder about the moves they make and why they are looking at me that way. i hate it.
