i was wondering if it is a common practice at parties where nearly every person there is drunk to take markers and write all over the body of someone who is passed out from drinking? this recently happened to one of my friends and i was just a little concerned as to the nature of the incident. i was told it happens at stuff like this, but im not a drinker, nor do i go to these parties. this was a first for her, too. i just know she was stripped and marked all over...
just wanted to know if this stuff happens with a passed out person and a bunch of drunk people...

What can be said about this incident? If you don't want strange things to happen to you then don't be in strange places doing strange things with strangers. There are alot of strange people out there. If she feels violated she can call the police and ask their advice. Remember there may be consequences for that action also. Do you guys go to school with these people? Will they drive by her house and hurl bricks? etc..etc.. be more careful next time. As long as she doesn't think she was raped then it might be safe to leave this one alone. It is normal for people to write with markers on drunk friends. You have to judge for yourself if it was done out of disrespect. And it is not normal to strip peoples clothes off. That's just wrong. And if it's marker all over the persons skin then that's wrong too. A little smiley face or something is the lesser of two evils.

OMG that stuff is so funny you would not believe how often this happens nearly every party as a matter of fact some of the "art work" you can be very good one friend of mine passed out one night so we colored him from the shoulders up not missing one piece with a few black sharpies after that was done we shaved a 3 inch circle out of the back of his head then took a blade to it in the morning it was funny till the marker didn't come all the way off I would like to note that the penis drawn on the face seem to be the most common

usually at parties the first person to pass out is the one to be made a fool off especially if they passed out drunk cause it means that they cannot handle their alchohol. People will do anything from doing a mans make up to drawing all over the person i know that it is just drunken stupidity but i will admitt that i have done it and have had it done to me i aint proud of it but what can i say when u are drunk nothing really matters.

Very common. You have to be honest about the kind of people going to parties to get smashed. These aren't your upstanding, god-fearing Christians. The people at drinking parties are party people. We go to have a good time. One of the downsides to that is that drunk people do dumb things sometimes. Of course, I am not a fan of doing illegal things, but anything else is fair game. If you can't handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen.

I'm not a drinker either, but I've seen enough pictures floating around the internet to know that it does happen. Guess it just depends on how mature your crowd is. If she's getting so drunk that she doesn't know it's happening, maybe she needs to stop for a while.

I've seen it happen many times before... Lots of people plus drinking can be a dangerous combo... ANYTHING, and I mean ANYTHING can happen! Be glad it was just marker... i've known food products and unfortunately bodily fluids to be left on a passed out person. Suggestion: Drink in moderation and only with friends you trust!

Yes it is normal party tradition for the first person to pass out to be drawn on, wake up with a mohawk or shaved head, make up on them, cross dressed...... my advice, learn form this incident, be the last to pass out, not the first.

This happens quite alot. The reason for this mainly is to play a prank on the person and to have fun... I would not take it too seriously, people are just having fun.

OOOOHHHHMMMMYYYYGGGGGOOOODDDDD!!!! REALLY ?! NO WAY!!! Never heard of this before. Am giving thanks wasn't around when I was around. People were nicer. They would make sure you got home safely and unharmed/marked. When does the next step occur? goes from ink marks to the indelliable marks? Be sure to ask your friend how she/he would have felt if when upon awakening they found themselves covered in feces? You need to enjoy your life, but you still need to use moderation. By the way, WHERE were you while the marked your friend?

Yea that's pretty common... Usually who ever passes out gets this done to them... I've seen a lot of odd things being done to ppl.. Unless she was actually harmed in any way then its nothing to worry about... just ppl having fun!
