I took the peoples advice on how to mesure it and it's only 3 1/2 hard that seems tiny compared to others???? is it?

Most woman don't orgasm from penetration alone, except a very few.
I would recommend you learn more about giving your girlfriend oral sex. (concentrate on the clitoris)
