yes, any adult should try to drink 60 ounces a day, minimum.
think of the benefits...drinking that much water makes you feel full. thats just that much less food you can eat. it's a good diet.
when you don't have enough water, you can get muscle spasms.

Switching your weight-alleviation plan can help, yet often it fairly is greater of a protracted-term element. bear in mind too that in case you start up ingesting too little, or cut back lower back on the food you go with, your physique will flow into storage mode and additionally you will no longer lose something. plenty and loads of exercising can help some: working, cycling, trekking... something that keeps you sweating and your heart racing (shop hydrated however and don't over exert your self!). Even armed with that wisdom however, it is not sensible to lose a super variety of weight in 15 days... and in case you do, it fairly is in all probability no longer likely to be healthful. reliable success anyhow.

Unless you have a problem with your kidneys (like renal failure) you should attempt to drink 8 to 10 cups of water in a twenty four hour period.

Of course. The more water you drink the healthier you will be. It helps to cleanse your body of other bad things.

Well, personally I wouldn't recommend it for EVERYONE ---
Obvious exceptions aside (like my 11 week old grandson), there are most definitely medical conditions in which it could be very dangerous.
As with any diet or exercise change - if this is a change, check with your doctor first

that's what they say. i personally don't know how they get that number, if you're 90 lbs. or 200 lbs.
about your feeling full........once you drink it for a little while you'll get used to it. it will also kill your appetite a lot...and keep you hydrated.
