Cook them on high heat, until inside temp is 130 F. Let set for about 2 min after taking off of the heat before eating. Will be a nice med rare. Don't over cook!!!!

marinating is a good start! just remember take the meat out of the fridge about 30 mins before cooking--this takes the chill off and your steak won't seize up when it hits the hot surface. however you are cooking it make sure it is hot!! let the meat sear and don't turn it constantly. the steak will let you know when it is time to flip (it will easily come loose from the hot surface). and possibly most important of all let your steak rest at least five minutes so the juices redistribute throughout after cooking. "beef, it's what's for dinner!"

I cook mine in a frying pan with its marinade. i put potatoes diced up and onions with it though. i also put a pot lid on it for a while so the juices stay in and dont evaporate. dont put the burner too high about med high and let it go for a while checking it and taking the lid off once in a while. hope this helps.

Cook them in a broth? Though I'm no chef, g/f does most of the cooking :)
