Well, lets see. America is currently being invaded by aliens. (Illegal Mexicans) and I don't see the humans of our country cooperating yet.
Yes, it is quite amazing that the countries you mentioned are even remotely on the same page. Some things will never cease to amaze me!

of course all leaders will side with what will make them happy
maybe the aliens what people to side with them for there benifit may be the it will be 75% of the world aguist 25% and the aliens
i hope that our countrys on earth here will make the right descion and not be greedy for technology unless it turns out to be a good thing

No. They're all gonna be runnin around in circles until some get killed by the aliens, try to steal a car to drive off and someone wants your car so they shoot you, or as your running you run into a pole.

We'd all cooperate with them, I think, if they treated us as equals, as a race, I mean if they think humans are the same intellectually as they are, but I figure if they are seeking other planets to explore, then most likely we will be tasty morsels to them, and they, the explorers, will have hit the jack pot, so to speak, and would have lots of 'goodies' to take back to their home planet.
