Maybe you are being a bit self conscious. I think often times people think that they are fat and need to lose weight when that is not the fact.
If you do want to lose weight you eat reasonably, don't eat a lot of junk and don't be depriving yourself of foods that are good for you, avoid the fad diets and don't think that you have to eat all fruits and all vegetables. Sometimes when we start to deprive our body of calories, it puts up its defenses and you don't lose weight. it starts storing fat thinking that it is starving.

Drink plenty of water, get plenty of excercise. A good brisk walk for 30 minutes 3 times a day is plenty

People seem to have it in their heads that they have to kill themselves with excercise and starve themselves in order to lose weight and that is not true.

It's just a matter of eating good meals and limiting the amount of sweet and fatty foods you take in.

If you do everything correctly you will lose an average of 2 pounds a week. It is healthy and it is not hard on your body

Trying to lose a lot of weight all at once is crazy and you end up regaining twice as much right back.
