My boss and I are going Jakarta in Indonesia for a business next week. I have looked in some websites, but I have found ones which don't really serve our satisfaction. We would love the hotel is located in convinience and comfortable part. Are there any great 5 star hotels which are great services?

In Jakarta, there are some Hotel that claim that the service is 6 to 7 stars. In which I believed. They are very grand.
Personally, I enjoy the Hotel borobudur, you may look at the website below:

But be caution, it is very expensive. If it is not my business associate in Jakarta, I will never wanted to stay there.
The entertainment centre there is superior. You need to experience it. And it is in the heart of Jakarta.

In Jakarta, do not worry about service. They are very good, if you went to the right one, and pay for the right price.

Grand Hyatt and Nikko Hotel, just @ the center of the city.
Four Seasons and Grand Melia, @ Kuningan business district.
Dharmawangsa, serene in south Jakarta. Great food!
Hilton, Le Meridien and Kempinski, @ Sudirman business district.
If you could be more specific (close to your meeting place, close to night life, within entertainment area, in shopping area etc) it would be easier to suggest.
