I am 15 and training for soccer season right around the corner and i need to lose around 15 pounds but i have a problem with sweets and junk food
can i lose weight by drinking water and doing 30-50 sit ups a night and 30-50 push ups a night?

Nope. Not enough of a caloric burn.

Start running. That will help a lot. 30-45 min a day. Plus it will build stamina for soccer.

Then you do need to curb the crap. Not just for weight loss but because the crap you are eating now, is going to screw up your body for the rest of your life.

Trust me...you really don't want to be a fat slob with heart disease and diabetes at 40 (which will make you very sick).

If you've got no fat like it sounds, you won't lose any weight. You'll prob gain a little in arm muscle. When I was 15 I had no fat and did sit-ups with 20lbs behind my head among other exercises. I never really lost or gained any weight until a few years later.

no, that will just make you gain muscle in your chest and abs. I personally lift six times a week and recently lost 60 pounds. Just run, cycle, swim, or go on an eliptical for at least a half hour at a time. If you don't eat high carb foods late at night, and don't pig out on fatty food during the day you will lose weight.

yes but you have to also be eating the right foods to lose and get fit. this is a great weight loss program

You need to eat the right food and take walks and run a few laps.
