The Memorial of Christs death or "last supper" was to be held once a year on Nisan 14,per Jesus' instructions.Jehovah's Witnesses are the only religion that follows that command to commemorate Christs death.
The Catholic Church for example has turned it into a ritual called "Holy Communion" whereby anyone can take part of it at anytime. This was not Jesus' instruction.
The "last supper" was a covenant made between Jesus and spirit anointed christians who would have a share in kingdom power with Christ
