Start drinking once your spouse or a grown child of yours dies.

Until then, don't bother with it except to nurse one drink on ceremonial occasions.

Sure wish you'd been more specific...
If you're asking what a good age to start drinking at is, there really isn't an exact answer to that. Drinking is something you try. It's not a job, or a religion, or a way of life. It doesn't bring you friends, or fortune, or sex. It's a catalyst to having fun.
Why do you think people start drinking, or drinking too much? They think it will make their lives better, but it doesn't. Drinking is a social activity. As long as you keep it social, and listen to your friends if they say you've had enough, you'll have a great time getting drunk. It's really easy to go beyond that into alcoholism. So watch yourself. Some people are instant addicts and that leads to an ultra-crappy life.
Good luck! (And stick to beer your first time!)

Id say when your atleast 16 or 17. But dont drink alot or else you will become a alcoholic. Also be aware that you may face some problems when you drink with friends, if you drink too much, you'll do something you might regret so beware. Just be responisble and not try and be a big drinker just to be "cool".

It is best to drink when you are older. Scientists have proved that teenagers who drink lose more brain cells than adults that drink. By drinking around 22 and older and not drinking too much is good enough.

When your old and mature enough, so basically somewhere around 21 or up. If you start drinking any younger, it will mess up your life or someone Else's, if your not careful.
