Since she is your Aunt, I would say no, it is not a good idea to go that route. Your Aunt may be a very sexual woman, but the question is - is she a lesbian? If she is not dating women and never has, then she is most likely talking to you as one of the girls and not as a potential lover. If she is a lesbian or bisexual, then as your aunt and an older adult, it is not appropriate for her to have sexual relations with you.
If you are feeling these emotions towards your aunt, have you ever felt this way about another girl your own age? You may be finding your sexuality and are not too sure if you are straight, bi, or a lesbian. Don't worry - you will know for sure soon enough. The key is to not rush anything.
