I use the bathroom about 8 to 10 times a day. Some days more. I drink a lot of water, not juice or soda. Water cleans out your kidneys and bladder. If your urine is dark yellow that means your dehydrated you need water. Try drinking water all day you'll see your urine will be almost clear.

i might be wrong here but... 1 is pee, 2 is poo and 3 is both
usually around 3 times
