Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Not that you can't, but you really shouldn't. Most dietians recommend someone lose no more that 1.5 lbs per week. In that case you should more realistically shoot for 12 lbs. I would suggest avoiding foods that cause you to retain water such as simple sugar based carbohydrates and extremely greasy foods high in fat. Get rid of soda and drink water. Walk or ride a bike instead of taking the car. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF! That will only result in an aggressive crave to eat and thus, leave you back at ground zero. Good luck and be safe. When start messing with the metabolic engine, you could screw things up good for life!

Do you walk now? (sure..) well RUN.. run upstairs (if given the opp.. skip elevators.) Cut out Applebees, fast foods.. I luv carbs (equal life-giving energy.. carbs get such a bad rap..) I do a 6 a.m. workout show (Gilad in Hawaii, Bodies in Motion) on cable health tv. Everybody knows what is good to eat.. trick is to be flexible and adjust what you can stick to (it's a lifetime regimen, weight & health, m'friend) to healthy foods. I luv chocolate, and now when I've got a craving (actually chocolate is kinda good for you.. a 'feeling of well-being') I eat Nestle's chocolate chips right outta the bag. I substitute healthy stuff for the bad **** I formerly liked.. and everyone knows what's healthy.. everyone around here is too goddamned lazy to eat that way.. (Applebees is packed but the health track behind the hospital isn't.. lol) I'm 53/F/l20 lbs and a marathon runner (5 miles and I never skip a day.. it's called discipline.)

I invented a diet three years ago that made me lose 20 lbs in one month and keep losing as long as I stayed on it. It is, and don't laugh, the Ramen Noodle diet. Basically, it takes the Carbohydrate Addict's Diet (in which you only eat carbs during a 24-hour period during the day, eating proteins like eggs and meat during the rest) and making the carbohydate "reward meal" be Ramen Noodles. My reason behind using these little dudes was that they were cheap and relatively low in calories (around 380 per package, depending on the brand.) It helped keep me away from eating lots and lots of "bad stuff" and going overboard with the calories during the hour. Other good stuff to eat during the reward meal is fruit (like strawberries) or yogurt. During the day, avoid diet sodas and stuff like that; stick to water. I put lemon and Sweet n Low in mine, it tastes like lemonade and has 0 calories. Just be sensible. Oh, and exercise-wise, go for the walking approach. I got a Walk Away the Pounds tape because I hate being outside. It makes you walk four miles in the comfort of your own (air-conditioned) home and pajamas, if you like. That would be my plan, hope I can help!

Exercise to increase your body metablism.
DON"T NOT EAT. thats the worst thing you can do.
Eat healthy. read lables of portons. Never have more than 300 calories at meal time and no more than 100 calories at snack time which can be every two hours. Drink lots of water with lemon in it. Eat lots of salad....but no fatty dressings. Fruit has lots of carbs so careful there.
Get plenty of sleep. Twenty pounds in two months might not happen
Be happy with what you lose and if you tone up with exercise more will definatly be less.

General rule is 1 to 2 pounds a week. If you lose more than that in a week, you can gaurantee it will all come back.

you really need a balanced diet
A balanced diet refers to intake of appropriate types and adequate amounts of foods and drinks to supply nutrition and energy for the maintenance of body cells, tissues, and organs, and to support normal growth and development
Focus on fruits. Eat a variety of fruits – whether fresh, frozen, canned or dried – rather than fruit juice for most of your fruit choices. For a 2,000 calorie diet, you will need 2 cups of fruit each day (for example, 1 small banana, 1 large orange, and 1/4 cup of dried apricots or peaches).
Vary your veggies. Eat more dark green veggies, such as broccoli, kale, and other dark leafy greens; orange veggies, such as carrots, sweetpotatoes, pumpkin, and winter squash; and beans and peas, such as pinto beans, kidney beans, black beans, garbanzo beans, split peas and lentils.
Get your calcium-rich foods. Get 3 cups of low-fat or fat-free milk – or an equivalent amount of low-fat yogurt and/or low-fat cheese (1 1/2 ounces of cheese equals one cup of milk) – every day. . If you don't or can't consume milk, choose lactose-free milk products and/or calcium-fortified foods and beverages.
Make half your grains whole. Eat at least 3 ounces of whole-grain cereals, breads, crackers, rice, or pasta every day. One ounce is about 1 slice of bread, 1 cup of breakfast cereal, or 1/2 cup of cooked rice or pasta. Look to see that grains such as wheat, rice, oats, or corn are referred to as 'whole' in the list of ingred
Go lean with protein. Choose lean meats and poultry. Bake it, broil it, or grill it. And vary your protein choices – with more fish, beans, peas, nuts and seeds
