it depends. was he taken away from you for some reason? if so, then it may not be an option as the court may not want you around him. if you gave him up so that he could have a better life, then yes, it may be possible. speak to an attorney.

At 15 years old, they should be allowing him some part of the decision making and choice making.

He should be firm and insist that he wants contact to remain with you, or NO to the adoption...IF that is his choice.
