My hair length is juz below the shoulders n it's layered.

all of us understand that Lil Wayne is a rapper. i don't think of he has had something accomplished to his hair for a pair years EDIT: LMAO @ Serg. i will photograph Lil Wayne sitting on the floor and in between Birdman's legs whilst Birdman is twisting Wayne's locks
