you could name him brindle. it is cute and it represents him. my dog is the same color as a rotwieler(copper and black) so we named him copper.

Mr. Mercury, Mr. Brindle, or Mr. White are interesting names. It's like he's from Reservoir Dogs (Reservoir Dog hahaha).
If she's a she, replace Mr. with Ms. (or Mrs.).

I think a puppy should be named by its personality.
Watch it and see how it acts and then name it.
For example; I had a shih tzu,and when he was picked up,
he would wiggle all over you,so I named him,"Wiggles".
My niece gave me a lab/collie mix,and he loved to bite everyone's
toes,so I named him,"Toe-Toe".
