No, it just seems that way. If you first started noticing your leg hair at age 11, the hair would get thicker over the next few years even if you did not shave it. Same thing with men's beard hair. It's because your hormone levels go up to full strength over several years.

Then gues what? when you go through menopause the hair gets thinner and you won't need to shave as much. I know, I'm there!

Have you ever tried waxing? Try it once before you decide to give up on the idea of shaving. Shaving doesn't make it that much darker and thicker (unless it is really think to begin with.) The good news is that when you hit menopause, it thins out a lot.

I think most women in Europe wax these days. They didn't look particularly hairy to me. If you don't want to gross guys out, probably you should do something to get rid of the hair (especially under your pits! EW!

NO, the hair does not grow back darker or thicker. It just seems that way because after you shave the hair on your legs it no longer is tapered at the end,it is blunt.

nicely, it doesn't truly get thicker, it in simple terms receives darker. when you're blond, you're leg hair will stay blond till you shave it and then that is going to perhaps turn a type of black. yet that purely occurs after countless shavings. As for the thicker area, that is not authentic. :)

Yes it is.. if your looking to remove your leg hair, wax it or use creams, although wiht creams you have to wait for your hair to grow back in alot before it can work again, it's much easier than shaving, and lasts alot longer than shaving.. I would recommened waxing because it keeps your leg smooth and hairfree for longer periods of time, may even last you the majority of the summer =D

Actually, that is just a myth. It is not true at all. Your hair grows back the same way it was before you shaved it.

NO it does not, don't believe them. You just have to shave on a regular basis, no big deal, better than having hairy legs. Unless you dig the French look.
