Why on earth would you want to make such an announcement? Do you enjoy creating scenes? Are you looking forward to the drama?
Simply go your way. Eventually they will notice that (1) you don't seem very interested in boys and (2) you seem awfully friendly with your girlfriends. When they ask you is the time to tell them, not before.

Well to be honest with you I am a christian, but I have 3 kids and no meter what they decide to believe when they grow up I always going to love them no matter what. Be a parent is hard, must of the time we don't understand but as a parent I would like to know the true by my son, be honest, respect full and be patience if you are happy your parents will be happy too. Make sure you sit both of your parents together, in a neutral place (sunset at the beach), no people around, open you heart and just express your feelings, tell them what you expect from them and how much you love them and then listen to what they have to say and give them some space so they can't diggest the news! God bless you! And remember they probably will need time to accept the reality.

Tsmoove Its not right that you tell someone how to live there life.. You are judging her and that is a sin! So keep that to yourself!
Your pathetic for believing in a book you ignoramus!
There is never a good way of telling your parents your gay, but if you have a good relationship with your parents just sit them down and tell them that you want to be with girls and that nothing about you as a person has changed and nothing will and you really want there support during this time! If your parents disown you, they couldnt have loved you in the first place right.. they are your parents and have a duty of care to you! If they love you they wont care!

Depends upon your age and upbringing. In the 1980's I had a girlfriend for a while, and I wrote them a letter from 250 miles away with no return address. I was afraid my dad would try to drag me back. I'm not a lesbian, though. I'm married with kids now.

If you are not confused about anything then you can tell them at anytime. There is no gentle way of telling someone this. You just have to be ready and confident about the questions they will ask you including...are you just going through a phase. Maybe they already know and/or suspected it and you telling them will relieve them.

It all depends on how accepting your parents are. If they're uberconservative, it is best to just go ahead and keep them in the dark till you move out. But if theyre accepting just be honest with them. Unless you risk getting disowned or in trouble, then be honest.

Why tell them? might want to this help the issue in any respect? i truly do not imagine its to particular a deal so long because it replaced into the only time ingredient. refer to some your girlfriends. you're stunned that one or extra of them might want to be prepared to attempt with you. I actual have messed round with a number of my girlfriends sometimes. it really is going to in straightforward words be undesirable in case you tell your father and mom.

First of all, be ready for their answer and reaction to your point. I you are just tell them make sure you don't lay any blame on them just let them know this is who you are and how you feel and that nothing is going to change it. This might be little harsh on them at first place, nevertheless they will not accept you and your partner.

Be honest. Your choices are your choices, whether they agree with them or not. All parents want their kids to be happy. Just relax and if you think they're going to freak out, take them to a public place to tell them. That's what a friend of mine did because she thought her mom was going to flip. Turns out her mom took it well and just wanted her to be happy.
