Is it just her looks that you don't like or is it the person you dislike? Some times ugly teens or even younger not attractive people grow up to be exceedingly beautiful.
Beauty is only skin deep. How do you know you don't like her unless you speak with her and give her a chance to communicate with you?

Hey if she came up to u and asked you out just say hey sorry i really not instered in you i am sorry. If you don't plan on haveing a g/f anytime soon tell her you don't want a serious relationship right now. But if she has not said nothing to you but talk as like friends don't say nothing you can still be friends!!!

If she likes you then good for her, let her.
She asks you out then apologize and tell her you just want to be single right now and aren't ready for commitment.
