No it can't. Not even if you drank enough Nesquick like someone suggested. Only breastmilk & colostrum come out of the breasts while breastfeeding. Breastmilk is white, off white or cream colored. Colostrum is usually clear although I've seen videos of women who have bright yellow colostrum.

No, but the more you eat of something, the more breast milk's flavor is affected by it.
