I went dancing. Didn't drink any alcohol, still ate the normal fat food as always. But I would go dancing on Friday and Saturday. I would get there about 8 or 9 at night and stay till the placed closed at 2am. I tell everyone dancing is the best. You can't dance for 5 or 6 different songs but you have to dance all night with the breaks for soda or restroom or what ever else need be.

Believe it or not, to lose "water weight" (which is usually responsible for 6-8 pounds of your weight), drink water. The reason we retain water is because our bobdies aren't getting enough, so they keep it stored inside. Drink the recommended amount each day (I forgot the exact amount, but it's a lot) - just drink it all day long. Also - about 2 weeks beforehand try to cut out pre-packaged food that's high in sodium. They cause you to retain water as well. If you can't buy healthy food, at least buy o.k. food (like insetad of paying for "smart ones" or "lean cusine" meals which are high in sodium anyway, get lowfat cereal and eat that for breakfast AND lunch) or when you eat out, choose a fish filet instead of a Big Mac or Subway instead of Burger King. Exercise is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. If you get shin splints from running, then don't run. There are plenty of other exercises that are much lower impact. For example biking, walking, swimming, skiing, roller blading, etc. are all ways to exercise that will not cause shin splints. Enjoy your summer outside!

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

My friend lost weight by replacing one meal (lunch or dinner) by a bowl of cereal with fruits. Eat fruits and veggies. If you swim , it will be great. You will most likely lose 10lbs in 30 days. Also, before you eat, drink a glass of water, this will fill your stomach and you won't eat that much. Combine all those things and you will definitely get results. Good luck!

Could you afford to buy Lean Cuisine, soup, cereal, fruits or Wendy's 99cents salads? Any of these are low calorie. Walk every day. Do floor exercises and drink plenty of water. Avoid diet soda, sugared fruit drinks, breads, and sugar. Talk to a doctor and ask her advice.

You need to expend more calories than you consume. That's the bottom line of it. In reality it does not matter what you eat as long as you burn more calories than you take in. Try exercise and eating less.

that's 30 days. walk one mile a day, 280 cals burned per mile should get you close to 10 pounds.
