It's caused buy the use of illicit drugs, or abuse of prescription drugs. Stop using whatever drugs you are using and go see a psychiatrist.

Ok, your not using. Well, I really think this is a normal thing. Maybe the things you see are different from what most see. I doubt you are the first or last. I don't see any real reason to be concerned about it. However, if it is upsetting you then it would be wise to speak to your doctor about it, just to be sure and relieve any stress it may be causing you. I suspect you have a very active mind and a vivid imagination. Hopefully this will help you a little.

This happens to a lot of people, even normal people, you have to just stay happy no matter what happens and live in reality not your thoughts/worries and enjoy life and constantly do planned activities (rather than impulsive ones) to stay concentrated on reality so if you really see something you will know that it is there and have confidence in yourself and be able to deal with it without fear or distrust of your mental perception. Usually we see hallucinations or get delusions when we keep ourselves in stress by consciously or unconsciously making the same mistakes over and over again from the smallest thing to the biggest one.
By the way always think of yourself as beautiful no matter what your imperfections, because you have only one life to live and you have to be happy with yourself and confident of yourself at all times by always doing whats right and not treating others bad so you don't feel guilty abotu yourself and go into depression, which also might lead to hallucinations.

Maybe it is caused by something happening, something bad that is happening,or something that will happen. It happens to everybody. For example when I was 10 I closed my eyes and I saw president getting shot in the back of the head and the next day we learned the Aberham Lincoln got shot in the back of the head in the play.It hapens to everybody once in their life.Like when you saw the grim reaper could of been your mom or dad or somebody dressing up like the grim reaper walking into your room on Holloween.Well that's all I've got,.Hope you got good advice

I have a theory that when a person closes there eyes and sees things that are unpleasant it is really images of pent up anger or frustration. For example, at times when a pleasant thought is in your head and is quickly swept up by a creepy scary one it would be symbolic of having a good thing in your life taken a way by a bad one. When i see things that are creepy and violent instead of trying to push them away i allow them to fully surface, acknowledge it and let it pass on to something good.

It's called the "mind's eye" and you see those things the same way you can picture a dog or a tree. You are just daydreaming. Everybody "sees stuff" when they close their eyes.

when you close your eyes, the transition from light to dark + what you're thinking can play tricks on your brain
I don't, however, discount the supernatural or spirit world

What ever you do don't look up with your eye's closed PLEASE don't do it.
My brother did it once.He said the same things you did.
He just kept screaming screaming.
They had to sedate him.
Man I miss my brother.
