They see you as a friend. If you want a man to see you as a woman, invite him to look. As a woman you have a heart, a mind and a body, all of which can attract a man. If you want him to see, show him. Let him know there is a heart inside your breast, a mind behind your eyes and a body beneath your clothes. Let him see just how wonderful those things could be if you chose to share them with him. Let him know what you have to offer without actually offering.
Show him your heart. Your capacity to love. Your compassion, your courage, your strength.
Show him your mind. Your thoughts, your judgement, your ideas, hopes and dreams.
Show him your body. (That doesn't mean getting naked). There are parts of you that are specifically designed to attract a man's attention. That's what the word "attractive" means. Dress to enhance them, to accentuate, to draw his attention there.
Touch is a powerful tool. Touch the guy. Lay your hand on his shoulder when you say thank you. When you lean over to whisper something in his ear, let him feel your breast against his arm. Give him a hug. Let him understand how good it could feel to have your body pressed next to his. Let him know you're comfortable with touching, and being touched. That's what your body's for.
If you do this, he will see you as a woman. If what he sees is attractive to him he'll respond as a man. If not... well, he's just not attracted by what you have to offer. But at least you don't suffer direct rejection, and you keep your friend.

I know how you feel I keep having the same problem with the women i date and i belive is that fact that people are so scared of being hurt that they wont let anyone get to close.

You need to keep an air of mystery, Sometimes say no to dates but in a nice way. Let them wonder and you will be friends but in a romatic way.

Some day you will meet someone and you both will know you will be more than friends, and later in life you will probably wish you could be friends as well as lovers.
